Inspection course operation procedures and precautions

At this block, inspections will be carried out using inspection machines to check your vehicle's fundamentals such as advancing capability, braking performance, speedometer accuracy, headlight luminous intensity and angles, etc.
  • Do not drive onto the course with a motorcycle, a three-wheeled vehicle, or a vehicle with axle weight exceeding 1,500kg (for some testers, 2,000kg).

  • If your vehicle is a flat-low type vehicle (vehicles with extreme size differences in front and rear wheels) or a 4WS vehicle (four-wheel steering vehicles), enter the appropriate information using the application button.

  • If your vehicle is being re-inspected, use the re-inspection application button to notify your inspector on which parts are being re-inspected.

  • Drive slowly onto the tester after confirming that the "enter" sign is shown on the display.

  • Drive onto or off from the tester, operate headlights, etc. as indicated by the display of the inspection machine or as directed by your inspector.

  • When moving or stopping your vehicle within the inspection course, be sure to stop your vehicle at the stop line.
