Once a date is set, call the nearest Transport Branch Office or Vehicle Inspection and Registration Office to make a reservation.
Please use the telephone service for the automated reservation system that most Transport Branch Offices, etc. have when making your reservation.
When making a phone call, have paper and pencil ready to write down the code number, personal identification number, reservation number, etc.
You may make a reservation up to one week in advance.
Renewal Inspection can be undergone at any nationwide Transport Branch Office, etc. If your requested date is unavailable, you may wish to consult a different Transport Branch Office, etc.
Please be aware that inspections are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays (including the year-ends and the New Year's holidays).
